1. General Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Operator", "We", "Us": Refers to NorthPrizeWatch Inc., the licensed entity operating the website.
• "User", "You", "Player": Refers to the registered account holder using the services.
• "Service": The website, mobile interface, and lottery gaming systems provided by NorthPrizeWatch.
• "Draw": The specific event where winning numbers are selected via Random Number Generator (RNG) or mechanical drums.
• "Account": The secure personal record of a Player containing their funds, transaction history, and personal details.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Access to NorthPrizeWatch is strictly restricted. To register and play, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age. We strictly enforce this rule using third-party identity verification services.
2. Location: You must be physically located within the borders of an eligible Canadian province or territory at the time of purchase. We utilize geolocation technology to verify your position.
3. Legal Status: You must not be prohibited from participating in lottery schemes by any law or court order.
4. Employee Exclusion: Employees of NorthPrizeWatch, its affiliates, auditors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from participating in any Draws.

Warning: Providing false information regarding your age or location is a violation of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of all winnings and criminal prosecution.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Verification: Upon registration, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. We reserve the right to request documentation (e.g., driver's license, utility bill) at any time to verify your identity (KYC process).

3.2 One Account Policy: Users are permitted to hold only one (1) Account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, household, or IP address for the purpose of abusing bonuses or limits, all associated accounts will be suspended.

3.3 Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility. NorthPrizeWatch is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Ticket Purchases and Transactions

4.1 Finality of Sale: All ticket purchases are final. Once a Ticket has been confirmed by our central server, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified by the User.

4.2 Funding: Tickets must be purchased using funds available in your User Account. We do not extend credit. Deposits must be made via authorized payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Interac). We reserve the right to void tickets purchased with fraudulently obtained funds.

4.3 Cut-off Times: Ticket sales for a specific Draw close exactly at the designated cut-off time (usually 15 minutes prior to the Draw). Purchases attempted after this time will automatically be entered into the next available Draw.

5. Game Rules and System Errors

5.1 The Draw: The winning numbers are generated randomly. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on the visual animation and the official records generated by the central gaming system, the official records shall prevail.

5.2 Malfunctions: A "Malfunction" voids all pays and plays. If a software or hardware error causes the system to display a win that did not occur according to the game logic, NorthPrizeWatch is not liable to pay the erroneous prize.

5.3 Order Matters: Users acknowledge that North Prize Lotto is a positional game. Matching numbers must align in the exact order specified in the Game Rules to qualify for Division 1 prizes.

6. Payouts and Claims

6.1 Minor Prizes (< $1,000): Winnings are automatically credited to your User Account immediately following the validation of the Draw results.

6.2 Major Prizes (> $1,000): Prizes exceeding this threshold require manual verification. We may require you to present valid photo ID and sign a Prize Release Form. Processing times for bank transfers are typically 3-5 business days.

6.3 Jackpot (Division 1): The top prize is a pari-mutuel pool. If there are multiple winners, the advertised jackpot is shared equally among them. Jackpot winnings are paid out in a lump sum, subject to a verification period of up to 14 days.

6.4 Taxes: While lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada, it is the User's sole responsibility to report winnings to relevant authorities if required by their specific jurisdiction or tax status (e.g., professional gamblers).

7. Responsible Gaming

NorthPrizeWatch is committed to providing a safe environment. We offer tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily lock your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. This action is irreversible during the selected period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NorthPrizeWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Service (e.g., internet connection failures).
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Ticket giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
